About the Presenter: Walter Deemer began his career in July 1963 as a Merrill Lynch research trainee and was transferred to their Market Analysis Department led by the legendary Bob Farrell in April 1964. He was a full-time technical analyst for the next 52 years. Walter joined Tsai Management and Research Inc, in July 1989 and published his 'Market Strategies & Insights' for institutional money managers until he retired in 2016. He is a founding member and past president of the CMT Association, and was honored and humbled to be given the CMT Association's Annual Award for Lifetime Achievement in 2015. Deemer has written four books, the most recent being 'When The Time Comes To Buy, You Won't Want To: Timeless Pieces of Wit and Wisdom compiled by a Wall Street Legend, published in 2019.
